Penny’s career in the mortgage lending field spans over 26 years with some of Canada’s largest financial institutions.  Penny’s professional started with 8 years at CIBC, followed by 15 years with Scotiabank (10 years with the Vice-President’s Office in Mortgage Sales, consistently achieving top ten in mortgage sales across Canada for those years), and most recently, with the Royal Bank.)  With Penny’s knowledge of the mortgage financial market, she has achieved recognition for professional, expert and trustworthy mortgage financial advice.

 

Penny is committed to work with her clients to give knowledgeable information and advice and is proud to be a member of the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders.  She has recently received her Accredited Mortgage Professional designation within the mortgage brokerage industry, Ethical Standards Certificate and Leaders of Excellence Certificate.  She also has received her designation with the Institute of Canadian Banker’s Association.  An award recipient, supporter and past member of the Manitoba Home Builder’s Association, Winnipeg Real Estate Board, Mortgage Loans Association of Manitoba and Dale Carnegie Sales and Marketing Program.

 

Her involvement in volunteer and community service work has spanned her lifetime to include the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation and is presently involved with volunteer work with Girl Guides of Canada and the local Community School as well as her family’s sports and other activities.
