Sieg is co-owner of VERICO One Link Mortgage & Financial Southeast Incorporated, operating out of Steinbach and Winkler, Manitoba.  Sieg is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and a member of CAAMP (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.)

In a 25 year career with Steinbach Credit Union, he demonstrated multi-dimensional leadership capabilities.  For 11 of those years Sieg was at the helm of Steinbach Credit Union's largest lending department and brings with him extensive experience and expertise in residential mortgage lending.

Sieg has demonstrated his passion to serve people outside the professional arena as well.  He is a founding member of the Southeast Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and spearheads this organization in building homes and hope for families in need.
